Kona Honu Divers is locally owned and operated. From the moment you step into the shop or prepared to board one of our boats, the “Honu One” or the “Honu Iki”, you become part of our “ohana” or family. The 46′ “Honu One” and 36′ “Honu Iki” are custom built dive boats. They are extremely seaworthy, reliable, and fast with a smooth rides. They offer a comfortable environment for passengers as we visit one of over 80 pristine dive sites that make the Kona coast such a great place to dive. Our custom dive boats have DAN oxygen units, first aid kits, and UNLIKE THE SMALL 6 pack boats, are coast guard inspected and approved. On a typical charter, you are one of 10 to 12 divers sharing our spacious vessels. This is less than 50% maximum capacity. There is lots of room for divers to “stretch out”. Both our boats have marine heads or toilets, fresh water showers, dedicated camera table, rinse tanks, and lots of shade.
